thats a little too specific, its not something you're gonna find a tutorial for, you'll need to look for a tutorial for a human body.

If I were you I'd go through the basic tutorials first, getting more and more advanced.  Tutorials are NOT there to teach you to model a certain thing such as spiderman or venom.  Tutorials are made to teach you the METHODS of modeling, so that you can create your own models with the methods, such as spiderman or venom.  As bucketman said, you will not find a spiderman or venom tutorial.  There are plenty of human modeling tutorials out there though.  So once you get to that level, you can follow something like the human tutorial on MP3D's site.  Or, there's the market standard, Joan of Arc tutorial.  Yes, these are both on modeling women, and not on spiderman or venom.  The point is, they're teaching you about edge looping and other modeling techniques that will enable you to model venom and/or spiderman on your own.

That reminds me, I should really do one of those tutorials, I've never modelled a human body completely before, and now I have to make a few for an animation
