Sticky- FAQ's/Rules?

I think we need a Sticky that contains all the FAQ's or rules, because a lot of newbs are asking the same questions over and over.

Well whenever they ask those repetitive questions we can refer them to leslie's facts page. I forget the URL right now.

I've had a faq topic in the works for a while now, will release and sticky it when done. Just keep doing your best ;)
