Sequence rotation.

Hello guys.I have a problem with the rotation directions in sequence.I have 2 same directions and one different for hand instead of 3 different .Can you tell me how to fix it,please?

As far as I can tell, that's just how it ended up after rotating along the Z-axis. I'm guessing your figure has the arms straight out to the sides in a T-fashion, and in the sequence editor you rotated them down 90 degrees. You need to go back to your figure and rotate that upper arm bone 90 degrees on the Y-axis (right-click and drag). This way you'll get the range of motion you want in the sequence editor.
