Anim8or Rocks
« on: March 30, 2013, 03:13:34 am »

Hope you dont mind, but I feel that i should mention something to those that are 'hanging out' for Anim8or updates..
3D modelling and Animation is an ongoing, never ending thing. There's so much to it. !!
Anim8or rocks so hard, as is, that we CAN get to where we want to go. We can use outside programs to aide in our quest but, like a good building, with Anim8or we have the best solid base.
Stick with Aim8or as a good solid base, branch out like the wildest of trees.
 Anim8or Rocks.!!!   ;D

I agree, but I don't expect any upgrades as Steve is busy with other things as I understand it.

 Hi Ippena,

I understand completely that Steve is a busy bloke, and am not expecting any updates. What i was really trying to say is that 'as it is' there is still plenty to learn and master in Anim8or, and it is an awesome program already. I'm trying to dissuade people from giving up here, just because there have been no updates for some time. ;)

Anim8or is a good solid modeling software. It the beginning I didn't understand it very well, but after I learned using Caligari modeling software; Anim8or began to make a whole lot more sense to me. It's my second favorite choice after Truespace. Sadly, both are no longer in active development, but still quite useful in their current state. Both are also relatively simple to use, and I really like using both for my casual modeling enjoyment. I really very happy that Steve released Anim8or and that he made it very user friendly.
