free voice changer...

Hello, I want to be able to change my voice or any kind of audio just by inserting a sound file and it will modify it. So is there any free programs where i can do this?

what is the file extension of the sounds you're using? what are you recording them with?

nvm. i coult just record myself off the program. i can probably do the same with music if i have my stereo mix on.
