WIP-Jaws of death
« on: November 17, 2008, 08:48:51 am »

Hi guys, working on this monster.  Wanted some advice.  It is just the start.   It needs a lot of work to have its final "AVATAR".

Many things may eventually change.

Nice job!!  If you're going for the dino look it looks really good!

The upper jaw is too flat.  It needs to curve to match the lower jaw.  I can't see the wireframe so I can't tell if it will have problems when Anim8ted but so far it looks great to me! 8)

Another thing I think I remember from seeing dinosaur models, is a slight overhang of the upper lips, not sure though, looking awesome right now though.

He's starting to look really good.

Two small points though, I think that the corners of his mouth are placed too far towards the back of his head and if you were to close his mouth his teeth would not be covered because there does not seem to be anything to cover them ;)
