a small office scene that I am working on. I thought that I should just put it up to see what people think so far.

yea. I'm still working on the lights and texture. The wall behind the door and the wall that the door is on is blended together so you can't see the gap and space in between.

Nice work, though I would say that your chair looks a bit lost in proportion to the cubicles, lights and door  ;)

It show a lot of promise so don't give up

As far as saying anything is a little weird, I have no room to talk! People from the Twilit Zone look at my stuff and say it's strange.

Looking good. I'm with lynn22, some consistancy is needed with your scales. The chair and ceiling height don't look quite right.
As for the lights, I think they look pretty good, a little futuristic with them raised difusers and if you plan on having the ceiling lights on, make sure your shadows suit accordingly. With that many light sources I don't think there would be much in the way of shadows.
Look forward to more pics.

All you need to do for the lights really, is add a local light inside each box, casting shadows, slightly orange / yellowy, and possibly some infinite lights...

Mabye looking at some real office pictures would give you some idea of various light sources...
