Meshing
« on: March 04, 2008, 12:26:22 pm »

I have an anim8or project that i am working on. I converted it to mesh, it was fine. Then back to sundivided, then when I went back to mesh it doesn't do it normally. i have to go into wireframe view (Manually) to see the points. Plus I can't see any other points when in subdivided, in point edit mode, line select or the other one (Can't remember). Can anyone help me? There is something wrong

You can't simply "flip" from subdivided back to mesh.  To manually un-do a subdivision, double click on your subdivided object, which should open the Subdivision Editor dialog box.  Enter 0 and 1 in the "Working" and "Final" Divisions cells, and click OK.  This will take the object back to a non-subdivided state, and you can manipulate it to a mesh as necessary.
