Question about hotkeys
« on: January 24, 2008, 10:29:22 pm »

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I've used Anim8or, so I'm a bit rusty on the hotkeys.
There's just one that I can't seem to remember, which is ironic since it's the one that I used the most.
It's supposed to bring up this green circle on the workspace which lets you pan, zoom, and rotate...
I've tried just about every CTRL/SHIFT+key possible, and I stopped when my computer crashed =]

If anyone can tell me the hotkey for this function, I would greatly appreciate it. It's nice to get back into something a lot more simple such as Anim8or after a couple years of working with Maya and 3DStudio hehe. Can't wait to get started! (Of course I'll need that hotkey first!)

Thanks in advance,

Setanta

I think you're referring to the Arc-Rotate tool, whose hotkey is Ctrl-R.  BTW, if you have your Tool Tips option turned on (Options > click Tool Tips ON), all the name of the tool and its hotkey will appear in the margin at the bottom-left of the object editor window.
