interface problem
« on: November 17, 2008, 08:38:13 pm »

my computer just ran into a ton of problems. but i finally got it to work enough that i can run a few programs.

the problem is i cant view the entire anim8or. it cuts off the bottom and i cant use some tools. ( the ones i tend to use the most). i havent used anim8or in awhile being my comp took a dump. but i know it wont reach the edge cutter and edge extrusion tools.

ive looked through some of anim8ors settings and i couldnt find a way to have it fit on screen. and i dont want to mess with my display settings to much cause i just got it back to where its working for the most part.

if any1 can help please do.

You know you can scroll through the icons with the right mouse button right?

Cool... I didn't know that the tools' panel could be scrolled just like the materials' panel... that's a really good thing to know if you need to work on a small Anim8or window. Thanks for pointing this out hihosilver.

About rellik's problem, since maybe this technique could be unavailable (it works only if the window is resized, and after relliks words seems like the window can't be resized) I suggest to use keyboard shortcuts - that would make also your anim8ing faster.

You could try opening Anim8or in a small window and then drag the edges to where you want them to be so that you can see everything.
Usually these settings are then preserved in Window's ini and should remain so until you change them.
