When i use the add weights and bones ... and try to move them they pinch right at the joint so the arm looks like a bent peice of paper... how could i fix this?

i dont know what os is.. and yes i was rendiering.. something weird happened because i was doing a movie and i walked away and when i looked back the program was gone. so it must have closed itself while rendering

For some reason it says Anim8or.exe is always runing and takeing up about 50% of my cpu usage

Thanks. now i can fix my other animations too..
OK now a question ... when i have my house cast shadows it makes the bottum picture and its all messed up ... how do i fix it...
it even has a window. so it should only be comeing through it...
