ok, there is another computer in my household, and it is running windows vist home premium. I cannot find the "run winxp compatable" button. I'll bring this up in the chat box real quick.

ok, I made the hand in mesh, but when I go to subdidive faces, it says "you must select a single mesh to subdivide."
and hen I select thewhole thing it says " you have selected a group. you must select a single mesh to subdivide."
how do I fix that and subdivide faces?
