I have not been able to get a hold of les to fix some things on it after I moved hosts. I am happy to host it, but I believe it was infected with malware at some point and needs to be looked over and sorted before i put it back up.

The check box you are pointing at is for the working view and I don't think it can be disabled. Below that, in the same dialog box, you can toggle shadows in your renders. Don't forget to set your objects and lights to cast and receive shadows also.

I restored the terranim8or site, I tried to get Leslie before I changed hosts. I get a warning trying to access the site with Bit Defender and I was reluctant to restore it.  I have it up for now, but I cannot guarantee the safety of it.

I redirected org.  The guys at cg-nation are moving towards a more general site while animanon is still focused on anim8or. I know the guys at cg-nation will have a great site as they have some great people working on it. But org was always to be an anim8or site.

I am currently on an extended vacation with my family for a few weeks. Once I return I will get in touch with the animanon guys.  Having cashed out on the business I spent a decade building I now have plenty of time on my hands to do stuff.

Here is a tutorial I did some years ago for using uvmapper and anim8or with dark basic.  Skip the dark basic parts in the beginning/end, enjoy!
