At me the question on TerrAnim8or is more correct on a file parametres.

In a file settings.htm there are some descriptions of modules which I cannot to find in the program, for example, Precipitation Editor, Animated Material Editor where they are located or where it is possible to load them.

What methods it is particularly possible more in detail.
In drawing by red squares it is shown, where light should be radiated.
