I've been stuck on this particular part for ages on the eggplant tutorial and I have been eager to know how to flip modifier around (so when entering bend angles like the default one at -60, the stem and plant won't go completely out of shape as it goes when I put it on).

I'm sorry,I forgot to show you it with the attachment!!!! It looks very distorted and vague in terms of the picture I was going to send! It's two angles you put in the bend modifier?

How add another bend modifier to the stem of the egg plant in order to make it more curved? I did it reading the tutorials and it looked very disjointed when I added the bend angle near at 90 degrees.A

Where is wheel tool and how do you spin it around when you're selecting a center face? Like the top and center of a pentagon?

How do you select the top center face of an object (as in like the very middle of a shape, e.g. pengtagon)?

When extruding the pentagon in the eggplant tutorial I found that the width of the pentagon in ortho view was too large and very unlike the width shown in the tutorial (below)
Also when I try to selct all five outer faces, I usually either select the whoe thing yellow or gray depending which wireframe mode, I'm using.
