Hi. im just wondering that if i made one box model with no seperate pieces and put multiple bones in it. would it move eg. limbs bend. do morph targets allow this? ???

you would have to use wieght painting to do that it should not be very hard. if you are not sure how to do this just let me know(i had no idea how it worked for a year and a half!)

It's completely possible, it's called skinning an object. Basically you assign what vertices each bone will influence.
I take it you haven't read the whole of the manual: http://www.anim8or.com/manual/5_figure_editor.html#skinning (http://www.anim8or.com/manual/5_figure_editor.html#skinning)
There's the section on skinning.
You can also find great video tutorials on MP3D's Anim8or tutorial site. (http://www.mp3d.info/Anim8ortutorials/)
You can also use morph targets in combination with bones to create a desired animation (example: Bones for limbs and morph targets for lip-syncing)
