Post by: Orange Pickle on June 01, 2008, 06:56:09 am
How Do I stop it from doing certain movements that are not specified by the key frames? ???

I can see you are using the graph editor to view the animation... You can also use it to edit the graph, that's the best way to fix this problem.

You will find everything you need to know in the manual: http://www.anim8or.com/manual/8_animation.html#graph_editor (http://www.anim8or.com/manual/8_animation.html#graph_editor)

As Kubajzz suggests, the manual is the best place to start.  It seems to me that the specific issue you have is due to the default keyframe smoothing.  Keyframes can be changed from a smooth transition to a sharp step, using key frame properties.  Check out the manual for the actual steps, I can't remember off hand.

When you click on a dot on your 0 line, the dot will turn white with a handle on either side. Then move the handle till the curve below your 0 line looks the way you want it.
