That looks like a good start.  It looks like you got the basic form down.  Now you should add buttons and a screen!  Then you can give it nice materials and textures and a nice render as well!

here is an update. added outer and inner screen (cant see the inner one) and added a camera. still need to make some buttons.

I don't think the camera should stick out so much, you might want to add a texture to the screens so they seem distinct.

that is very good for a first model!(mine was a sphere that i made move around the screen in scene mode :) )
it would not be very hard to animate either just take the top flap and seperate it from the bottom then add them to the same figure!

Tanzim: The camera on my phone actually is about that far off of the phone. I did make the screens different textures but i'll make it darker next time. thanks.

B3dman: thank you. i actually made the two as separate parts to begin with so i can animate it, after my brother told me to.

Yea its a razr. Mactetra you don't happen to live outside of the U.S.A because when I went to London all the people had some phones that most people where I am from don't have. And most people here have a variety of phones. (I guess different phones are more popular over there than over here.
