Title: HELP WITH LOGO

I need help, trying to make an image my video logo, however, I need to create an xml file and I simply can't, if someone can do it please tell me, my e-mail is ismael_baum@hotmail.com, please just create an xml file and send it to me with subject title: XML.  I would really appreciate it, thanks.
