Title: Help with bone axis in sequence mode

Ok i am having a slight problem in sequence mode!
I have skined the model to bones and that all works fine and i have set axis but what i cant get my head around is that when i rotate the bone across the Z axis the X axis does not rotate making it impossible to move the arm back and forth for a walk cycle!
Any help would be aprecciated pictures below!

You can move the different axis with the different mouse keys. Click on the bone you want to move and lock/unlock the axis. Then ones locked cant be moved around, the ones unlocked can. So if you want to move you bone around the X-axis, click on the bone and lock the Y,Z-axis and unlock the X-axis.
