 Possibly should have researched the setup of the trick a bit better. 3 of spades actually shows a lot as the most often picked card, tho i don't think i'd guess 3 of spades.
Chances are probably 1 in 52 of getting it right, but if i studied the likes of 'Derren Brown' more closely, i'm sure there's some wee 'nudges' to sway people towards picking a paticular card.
 The obvious ones here were the title, 6 and 1, (7), the red in the title, and the red question mark, which sort've resembled a '7'
 I toyed with more dialogue, like 'more than one, less than eleven'. (Rhyming with seven), and other speech rhyming with 'hearts' and so on,  but then i just sort've 'ran out of steam'.
 It started off just mucking around with a deck of cards doing the 'riffle shuffle', and then it just sort've grew a bit.  (https://i.postimg.cc/Dfx4BP7W/Rolleyeswhite.gif)
