Title: low poly head tutorial

I have worked my way through this utorial and have experienced one problem which is when asked to select the nose face the two adjoining faces also are selected.   Anyone know why please?   Also having progressed to the neaxt phase of this tutorial i.e  TEXTURING I cannot see how the eyes and mouth are created by "moving" and squeezing the faces about.   Help please

That may mean the faces have been filled improperly.  Try deleting the face, then filling in the faces again, one-by-one.  Hopefully that will fix your problem.
