Title: Can't rotate bone in some diractions/AUTO-"LCKD" checked

So i have another problem...Every time i try to uncheck X and Y "LCKD" and click ok it is checked again when I open it.So I can NOT rotate the bone in X and Y directions.Can you tell me how to fix it?

Click the checkbox twice until it is entirely clear.
