Title: Rendered avi too small

Hi everyone,

When I render my scene and open it up in premiere pro it looks fine but is too small.
I can obviously expand it but it very quickly loses its quality.
Iv tried various different codecs and have even rendered uncompressed but the results are largely the same.
So what I'm asking is if there is something obvious I'm missing (Im new to this) to help with this?

in scene mode- settings- movie size...0.97d beta
