Title: Figure Editor scale tool not working

In figure editor the scale tool does not work. All the other tools works properly. Is it me or is it disables? Is there some magic thing that I don't know? I have windows 7 OS. I need help.

You are correct it does not work, You need to scale the object from the object editor.
