Title: vessels... or sandwiches?
Post by: Thanos on March 25, 2008, 07:14:19 am
Hi, I was trying to make an ancient Corinthean bireme, but I managed to create something between a sandwich and a bucket.
Does anyone know a good tutorial for making vessels (ships) ? Thanks for any help.

I don't know of any tutorials but there are some good photos at http://gallery.drydockmodels.com/greekbireme from model boat builders that may help you along.

Ha ha ha you got any pics of what you made?
I've just got together the blue prints for a viking ship.
I was planning on using them as a reference image.

Has a tutorial how to build a low poly helicopter using the same technique it maybe useful.
