Title: Connection Problems

Recently when i've been on here in the past two days, every few page switches I get the error
'Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.'
Why is this? (PS I got the error the first time I tried posting this)
