Hi!
I've been reading forums here and there, and some people are saying that anim8or is no longer continued by Steve!
I can hardly believe this, but when I think how long has v0.97 been 'in the oven' makes me wonder...
Is that true?

If you read some more you'll find that some people explain that Anim8or is a one man project and that perhaps he's been very busy as of late, given that he has a job to worry about as well. I believe he's working on it, it's just we don't hear much from him and so it seems like he's forgotten about this place. Don't fret.

No. He's simply very busy. Steve would tell us if he discontinued anim8or.

2 yrs since v0.97d preview, 3 1/2 yrs since "latest version" v0.95c is more than 'very busy' so yeah it seems development has actually ceased.
Still, i appreciate the work he's done so far!

enzo: I think you are a bit out of date here, I`m using 0.97D, 0.95 is an old Stable release, that I would hazard a guess that most regular users do not use very much anymore.
I really think you should all get on with what you have at the moment. there is plenty of scope with ASL so you could really develop it more by contributing with plugins etc.

I'm using 0.97d. My point was v0.95c is the latest stable version on the download page.
