Title: Use of modifiers with 095c version does not work as explained in the manuel
Post by: morujo on June 29, 2010, 04:20:16 am
I am a new user of Anim8or, and i'm using both, english and spanish manuals to learn how to use it. All of contents are well ewxplained, except when i try to use Modifiers. The manual says that all you want to do is to select build/Modifier/Bind to access at the options, but in this version, the message is different: Bind modifier, and does not display any option, but a warning message that says "Must select exactly 1 modifier and 1 object". How can it be possible when I have just 1 object yet selected and I don't see access to any modifier option? What am I doing wrong? Or is it an error of the program?

You must first create the modifier itself, then select it and the object to be modified (one modifier and one object must be selected, no more, no less), then bind the modifier to the object, and finally "Effect" the modifier (which permanently affects the object based on the type of modifier created.
