I would like to draw the attention of the new, young, and old anim8or users on this site to check out our ongoing .: XX :. event at Anim8or.Org (http://anim8or.org/)! Feel free to join in or observe and join in on the next one!

The theme for the current competition is "Transform". Basically, you model, texture, and animate an object which transforms into another object. Read up on the rest of the details by Clicking here (http://anim8or.org/index.php/topic,639.0.html)!

Did I mention that there is a prize for the first place winner? ;)
