Title: broken animate key

Hi I am have been using anim8or for about two months now and things where going fine until today, I was trying to animate my character in sequence mode, but now where ever i hit the animate key it doesn't animate (it works as if  would have done it with out the animate key). However in the time-line part of the screen it still pops up and shows that I have moved something. When I open a preexisting anim8or file it still doesn't work. But when I create a brand new file it works normally. Does anyone know how to fix this?

P.s: This all seamed to have started when i started skinning my character.

not sure i understand. when you skinned your character did you name the bones?
