Title: New Splash Screen?

Do you think I could make a new splash screen for Anim8or 0.97? My idea is to have a huge asteroid against a starfield background and then, in green Orbit-B BT, have the text:
Anim8or
0.97 Beta
I'll work on it and then post it so you can see what I mean.

I think I remember plenty of offers to re do it, and Steve hasn't allowed them. He likes to keep it simple and barely changed from version to version.

It hasn't been awhile scince someone had posted here but oh well, My Idea on the splash screen is, keep the picture the same, but re-render it in art ray with reflections, ambient Oclusion, and stuff like that.

The old splash screen is simple but nice. It remind us of first Anim8or versions.

Unfortunately, changing that would not help for marketing, and Steve knows that.
