Where is wheel tool and how do you spin it around when you're selecting a center face? Like the top and center of a pentagon?

 Its the 'arc rotate' tool and is in the top tool bar. about 4th from the right.
 Check the manual for explain on how to use arc rotate tool.
 You'll be checking your models from any angle at any zoom, in no time at all. ;D
