How to apply Lighting and Effects. I can not understand "http://www.anim8or.com/tutorials/from_users/lighting_tutorial/Lighting.htm", Anim8or tutorial. Can anyone help me?

The filters are just semitransparent objects with a high specular value, which can make them look like sunrays or lens glare, depending on their shape.
