Hello D.Imils,

First of all, I hope you don't mind I moved your post to a separate topic, I believe it's better like this.

As for uploading pictures, the easiest way is to upload the picture as an attachment.

When posting a message, click on the "Additional Options..." link below the text window and then click on the "Browse" button. You can select an image from your hard drive and once you click "Post", the image will show as a part of your post.

If you want to upload your images to a free storage, I use webshots.com for my pictures.  The accounts are free and they have a easy links to cut and paste to forums.
