Title: Sort of Halo:CE-ish Gun

Probably my first successful gun model. Well, as successful as it gets with me modeling.

Anyway, it has flaws, but it is my first model that I can see myself not giving up on. I made a couple of small renders (No ART effects to save time), and I have the full file. Feel free to give out some helpful advice :D. I'll probably get around to texturing sometime soon.

It was originally supposed to be based off a the pistol from Halo: CE (I'm fairly sure),  but I didn't think I would be able to go with the original scope, so I decided to add a reflex sight instead.

looks ok, definetly has some characteristics from the original halo pistol.  Cant really see much of the model except for the outline because of the dark color.

ya it was just a little to black to make anything out. looks good, are you going to do anything else to it?

Nice start, you might want to lower the smooth angle a bit. Now it looks to plastic (also because of the material).

Very nice gun, but Floyd86's gun is the perfect Halo 3 pistol model.  But still very good for the first try;).

It's actually the halo 1 (CE) gun not the halo 3 one.
But here it is, it a really bad model....way to high poly ;)
It concludes the assault rifle too. I made more of those halo wapons for a halo movie i made (it's one my youtube page), i have the plasma rifle and energy sword too.
