um... i'm a newb and this is just a suggestion.go to the built in sound recording software for windows, open your vid. hit play on anim8or and record on the software (wich brings me to another suggestion that you make a 2 second standstill at the beginning of the animation wich gives you enough time to hit record on the recording software) and make all the noises you have to in the movie.tell me if it helped

Some results from Google (I haven't tried any of the programs):
http://www.bobyte.com/AviTricks/index.asp (http://www.bobyte.com/AviTricks/index.asp)
http://www.virtualdub.org/index.html (http://www.virtualdub.org/index.html)

Good luck

You need an Editing software. I would suggest Wax: http://www.debugmode.com/wax/
It is quite powerfull as for freeware class (well they use hell of a software in holywood ::) ).

All you need to do is just import your vid into a video track and then import an audio track (or more)..

Oh, and VirtualDub is veeerrry usefull and powerful for video/audio compressing (well it has bit more features), but I doubt you can add audio with this tool..
