Title: frame rate?

well, im starting a scene, and no matter what fame rate i choose (25,30,35,40,etc.)
even other and type something in, the video frame rate stays at around 122fs/231fs
which is ridiculously high! some answers please?

Menu: View/Preferences.../frame rate
Check  Limit Playback
