hmmm... looks like morphing can be used for this....
menu BUILD/Morph targets/New/ Morph1 move Points for bag forward to your second position
menu BUILD/Morph targets/none
menu BUILD/Morph targets/New/ Morph2 move points for bag back to your third postion
menu BUILD/Morph targets/none
Load your bag into scene mode, in timeline at bottom find your Bag (usually eobject) then morph 1 and 2 at intervals click in the morphs timeline andadd a key 1 for when you want it to move, or a 0 for to remain at position 1
Simples....hope it makes sense

Morph targets are magic. They're actually also quite straight forward, once you properly understand the rules. ;)

I looked at your simple model and morph targets. I also noticed that you tried putting it into figure mode and addiing a bone (which didn't have limits defined, BTW).
By the way, you do know that you don't have to use just zero (0) or one (1) for the morph keys, right? You can use negative values, and values greater than 1, and you can mixt up the keys to produce some fairly dramatic and rapid changes.
Try experimenting a bit more.

I too had a look and am returning the file amended a bit, and also an Avi Animation of it.
As Rudy says, you can use other values ( but they certainly create extreme changes and I usually just stick to 0 and 1 values )
You could also make the bag element one piece as one part is an unattached plane.

Have downloaded the an8, but will have to take it home to hav a look.
Kreator: i downloaded your avi as well, but can't even watch that at this silly internet cafe.
Concerning morph targets: Use the graph editor with your morphs. This way you can apply just the right amount of strength to your morph target, while you're watching it in real time in front of you.
By limiting your strengths to only 1 or 0, you're missing out on a lot of poterntial effects. In fact, when it comes to lipsyncing, you need to do exacvtly as RudySchneider has suggested.

Experiment!!
The graph editor is PERFECT for applying morphs.
A Tip: Double-key your final morph key.
EG: at end of morph movement, if it will be left at that setting for some time, copy that key and paste it into the adjoining frame.
This will stop any possible 'value slipping', which can 'sometimes' happen.
Will have a look at baggy 2nite and post again 2moro. :)
