What I would do is with every key frame, keep the camera at the same spot and angle Mathematically,E.G point in between each eye=5,0,5/6,0,6 and the angle of the head by guess. and move the camera from each point in the same direction of points.(Point x5,y0,z5-x6.y0,z6/Camera Position x5,y0,z5-x6,y0,z6)...its been a while since I've actually used anim8or so,sorry if my method doesn't work.

You can "attach" any scene element to any other scene element using a parent-child relationship. Double click on the camera to open the element properties dialog box and in the Location area, change the Parent from "world" to the name of the scene element containing your model's head. (note: it is always a good idea to rename your elements from the default ["eobject01" or similar] to something that makes sense, often the name of the object it contains).
I don't think it is possible to create a parent-child relationship to one bone of a figure, however, so if your model's head is part of a figure you can only attach the camera to the figure itself, and it's location and orientation will be centred around the figure's base bone. (Note: one solution to this that does not involve complex keyframing to match the camera's movement to the head might be to define the figure with the base bone in the head, and the rest of the skeleton running down from it. It will make walk cycles and general figure posing a bit more challenging, but it would ensure the camera tracks with the figure's head).

so, there is no way to "group" the camera with the body?
-
what ENSONIQ5 said is the equivalent to grouping although it allows more control.

ok, i will do as he said.
