Title: ok-yet another problem downloading

right- when i download on my vista laptop it works and then when i open the file its just a white space >=[   which is a problem because i can't do anything. it annoys me even more than i do >:(

I have the exact same problem. Just restart and it should be fine.

Have you tried running the program in compatibility mode?? Right click on the anim8or.exe and go properties>compatibilty and set it to windows xp.

Also remember to check the "Disable Desktop Composition" box. You should stopping getting the flashing and the squares (sometimes).

You need another option up there mate: "Upgrade to XP"

Haha, yeah I've read that on a PC magazine complaining about Vista a while ago. Windows 7 will be worth upgrading to though, I've read it's better than XP. Although, for quacker, that wouldn't be a feasible option.
