Ask some who is old enough, like your parents, to make one for you. Or atleast ask premission to create one yourself.

If you mean you have a series of jpg's (frames) that you want to convert to a video, id suggest downloading Virtual Dub (http://www.virtualdub.org/), a very easy and free program, with lots of functions!

there must be alternative video sites to you tube  you could join, without, ......and heres the big thing betraying your parents trust :-\
