Title: adding faces

Hi all
ok i kinda understand how to add faces. You take the point select tool then join the lines to make a shape but the problem i have is how fill them. As it says in the users manual i have selected all the new lines ive created but they always appear RED and when i click fill holes nothing happens. Ive attached a small image to show you where im at. I hope someone can help me.

what version r u using?

Are you sure those lines/points are connected to eachother? To fill a hole the lines can't have any holes and need to be connected.
Try selecting all the points, go edit>merge point (or shift+L). After that try to fill holes again.

as far as im aware im using version 095c
i think i tried that merge point thing too
anyway its not the end of the world i just thought id see if i could get some answers
ill probably know how to do it soon  :D
