1- turn on and off backface culling for wieght paints.
2-being able to mirror a subdivision.
3-being able to animate turning off a light.
this is it i can think of other than other stuff mentioned.

3) Lights can be turned on and off ( but not your object presentely. I think Steven mentioned something like that as a possibility)
2) unsubdivide and mirror

You can edit visibility in the scene editor.

i know how to do the unsubdivide thing but when you have thirty meshes to do it takes a while. i was just wondering if steve could implement anim8or to do it for you.
what i mean by backface culling is like in point edit mode in anim8or you can turn off or on back faces or fron faces when you are selecting things like in the picture.
thanks by the way i din't know you could do that with lights.
edit: also a small tick on the camera to tell its rotation would be very helpful

VBSmiles: Using a subdivision object you can always unsubdivide by setting the 'working' value to 0 then converting the object to a mesh. If you did something wrong, there is an unsubdivide script around somewhere, I'd advise you search on the forum.

The unsubdivide script can be found in the Script database made by Raxx: http://www.anim8or.com/smf/index.php?topic=1705.msg12724#msg12724

I agree with number 2, it gets annoying when you need to mirror something, but align it perfectly, trial and error can be very annoying when you have to keep subdividing and unsubdividing to mirror.
-
Nevermind that previous post... but basically don't worry, I have a feeling he's working on those things.
-
I agree with all except three... lol rhyme....
But seriously, three's already possible...

2. Been there for years. Animate the light's color. Black is off BTW.
3. Auto mirroring is on it's way. I've been working on it for a couple of months. It was BIG job.
