You will need its (oblivion) construction set to make your plug-in.  You may find it on the net somewhere.

The dagger handle needs to be of different color.  May be polished wood will do.

BTW is there a background image or some kind of special effect?

I like the dagger and I do play Oblivion. I think it would look good in Oblivion. However I think that the metal is a bit plain and needs a bit of rethinking.
Off-topic: Oh and one other thinig I noticed, your name's spelt wrong, it should be Mannimarco (From Oblivion), Thats if you already knew or not.

But I can't wait to see this finished and perhaps in Oblivion. :-)

I agree with that last sentiment, the dagger looks great! I would say the sheath is my favourite part of overall.

In order to plug it in to oblivion you need Blender (There are no niftools in anim8or), Nifskope, and the Oblivion Construction set.

Then you need to :

Add a collision mesh in blender (Google it for additional help)

Save the object as a .nif file

Move your textures to the appropriate folders, along with normal maps. (Use DDS format)

Edit your texture directories in the NIF using Nifskope

Place the object in the oblivion world using the CS

Load up oblivion and play

(You also have to do a bunch of scaling and stuff) (Just remember, 0,0,0 in coordinates is where the hand goes)

If you want me to I can quickly put it together, but it is a really fun thing to learn.

http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/Oblivion (http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/Oblivion)

(Not sure about the whole 'sheath thing though) (You might need to use the BSA unpacker to use some of bethseda's meshes as examples)

thankyou for your feedback and thankyou bamman62 for explaining how to put my knife in oblivion but does that methord work in morrowind, because everytime i try the tes set is ok with every thing untill i put it in the game then it desides to crash telling me its not a nif. file. maybe it was something i did in blender because i'm not very good with that program. so i am placing the an8. file and the textures to go with it. so if you want to put it in oblivion you can do so.
