I got an interesting result from rendering the attached file, just wanted to share it with you, inspired by the twirl image that someone from this forum was inspired by a while ago (forgot who you were, sorry)
Aaaaanyway, take a look, the file has a few objects, but the one rendered was Tube 3 - 2 (I think)

Wow, thats awesome. Looks like such a high quality render and great abstract kind of look to it. Anim8or is really progressing well with some of its newer features!

This is a wonderful example of how a simple project can have stunning results. Job well done.

I think the last guy to do this was hihosilver.

I think Tanzim's right ;)
I'm glad I could be inspiring! You have a nice result there. I feel that the background might take a bit away though... it would be interesting if you could get it to extend as if it kept going on forever.

It would! and I may re-render a longer version at some point, but i'd need to use a different cmputer to handle all those faces.

Well not the far away parts don't have to be the same quality as the ones in front. You could simply use a textured cylinder to make the tube look longer, since it's futher away from the camera. nice work btw keep it going

Heh... I'm not that great with the whole perspective texturing and fooling the eye thing...
Perhaps over the next weekend, perhaps friday I can leave it to render a longer one.
Cheers for the kind comments everyone! haven't had those for a while (Just because I haven't posted any other work in a while :P)
