Title: Umbrella Rain
Post by: maestro on February 01, 2009, 02:01:05 am
This idea haunted me for a while, and i couldn't help but design and post it. I like abstracts, and this thing made me laugh, what if it rained umbrellas? yeah, i know it might be weird, but there's a maestro for you!
P.S
More angles to come

funky idea. very nicely done

however you could add more detail to the umbrellas and add more into the background. perhaps you could use a "plane" with umbrellas on it in the background.

very wierd idea but still cool

keep it up!

This would be a great project to animate, maestro.  After all, it is called Anim8or!  The physics of the umbrellas floating down, and bouncing on the ground, would be fun to watch, and would make a really excellent abstract work.  Any plans to animate?

nice idea

here's something  not so similar with transmaps

hq (http://au.[youtube)

transmaps    will cut   down the  render   time for a  background animation, have the  3d in the front
