Title: What is the bug & how can I fix it?

Hi,

I need help once more.

I want to create a box and in one of the sides of the box it should be build a jack in  a hole.

Okay, the lines are a littel bit skew-whiff, but this is not the problem  ;)

The face around the hole is anyhow incorrect.

What is the best way to realize this objekt?

The first 2 fotos shows my trial object and I hope you can see what is wrong.
The third foto shows the real box - the example for my object.

Your faces have to much sides. You should work with tri or quads.
Look at the image I attached. If you make the following cuts, your problem should be solved.

You will always get these errors with concave faces.  So try to steer clear of them.
