Every installation attempt has failed with or without Virus programs on or off made no difference ...

Each failed attempt receives the following message:
      Encountered problems, needs to close and
      send to Microsoft about this problem ...
      Sorry for the inconvenience ...

Does anyone have suggestions ????

I am computer literate; but not this type of problem ...

It's working without problems ...

I have vista and i click download>open then when i doulble click on the application it says it has stopped working i need help please

You will need to activate Administator Control in the Profiles settings. You can also right click and click on Run as Administrator.
