Can someone pls help? I need someone ter help me....
How do you change the ground??

In order for others to help you, it's always helpful if you provide more detail about WHAT you want to change, or HOW you want it to appear.  I assume that you're referring to the default checkerboard pattern, correct?  If so, you can remove it from your render by clicking Settings > Environment... in the Scene Mode, and un-checking Ground Grid.

You can always create and add your own flat plane, desk, building, or ground on which your other objects can "sit," too.
